ARCO attended the St. Louis Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2020 Awards Brunch today where we placed third in the “Big Companies” category.
The qualifications for being nominated are as follows: The company must have at least 10 employees and be in the St. Louis area. Following the nomination, a survey is sent to all associates of the company which ranks the company’s team effectiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals, manager effectiveness, work engagement, people practices, communication and resources, individual needs, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership. Participants are then ranked in categories based on the size of the company.
ARCO’s core purpose is to make the construction process enjoyable and beneficial for our associates and customers. We continue to prioritize our associates and hold this nomination in high regard as a testament of our outstanding culture.
