ARCO Construction recently began construction on the Millpark Logistics Center, a multi-tenant warehouse project in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The project will consist of a ±92,450 SF single-story, 28’ clear, tilt-panel shell building allowing for office/warehouse tenants utilizing an attractive single-loaded dock design.
This project is being developed by Clearpath Development Partners and Block Real Estate Services, LLC. In ARCO’s long term partnerships with both Clearpath Development Partners and Block Real Estate Services, we have successfully completed multiple projects and counting.
