Exciting news from the ARCO team! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve reached a major milestone on the Contour speculative industrial park project, Sossaman Park 202, in Mesa, Arizona. The tilt-up concrete walls are being erected, and we’re excited to share a timelapse of the progress so far. This industrial park will include 828,718 SF in 5 buildings in phase one and 3 more buildings in phase two, spanning 112 acres and over 1.5M SF of development. ARCO is also leading the design and coordination efforts for public road improvements and infrastructure to support the project. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development!
