We’re excited to team up with WareSpace on an innovative project in Phoenix to transform a 70,000-square-foot facility into a modern, micro-bay industrial and co-warehousing space built specifically for small and mid-sized businesses.

Just two minutes from I-10 and 20 minutes from downtown, this prime Southeast Valley location will offer flexible units ranging from 200 to 1,200 square feet. Each space is move-in ready with features like industrial racking, loading docks, climate-controlled workspaces, Wi-Fi, and 24/7 access.
