ARCO joined SafePoint Senior Living, American Healthcare Management Group and project architect, Spellman Brady & Company, for the groundbreaking of a new assisted living and memory care community in Clearwater, Florida. Located on a ±7.2 acre site, Elevate Senior Living will include 96 units over ±54,700 SF. The new community features a fitness center, bistro, coffee bar, salon, game room, library, and activity center. ARCO is proud to be part of this exciting project and looks forward to its completion in the Spring of 2023!
