ARCO broke ground on The Oscar Apartments in Sheboygan, Wisconsin on Tuesday, October 6th. We are thrilled to have partnered with Greenstreet Development on the development of this deal.
The apartment complex will consist of three 4-Story buildings, totaling 235,000 SF and 240 units. Future residents will have access to unique amenities such as a 60 conditioned subsurface parking spaces beneath all buildings, two playgrounds, a dog wash, fitness center, bike storage, and direct access to city bike paths. Also, a full kitchen and community room, a 1,300 SF outdoor pavilion and a 6,000 SF community building will also be available for residents to utilize.
The Oscar Apartments are projected for completion March 2022.
