ARCO has completed a 12,000-square-foot office renovation for Sansone Group and Deloitte in St. Louis, Missouri. Located on the second floor of an existing 12-story high-rise, the project transformed shared tenant space into a modern workplace environment designed to support collaboration, employee wellness, and day-to-day functionality.
The renovated space includes a new gym, showers, and locker room, along with a dedicated training and conference room. Additional improvements include new lounge and break areas that provide flexible spaces for employees to gather, recharge, and collaborate throughout the workday.
The project was completed within the existing Deloitte building, requiring careful coordination within an active high-rise environment. The finished space also achieved LEED Platinum certification, reflecting a strong focus on sustainability, efficiency, and high-performance workplace design.
The completed renovation provides Sansone Group and Deloitte with an updated shared amenity environment that supports both employee experience and long-term building performance.
