ARCO Senior Living | Multifamily recently completed the Ovation at Sienna Hills project in St. George, Utah! The project was developed on a 7.91-acre site, with two buildings: a 125,000 square foot, three-story Assisted Living & Memory Care building with 150 total units – 90 assisted living and 60 memory care units, and a 216,000 square foot, four-story Independent Living building with 150 units.

Dating back to 1995, Avamere started as a single facility skilled nursing home in Hillsboro, Oregon. Founder, Rick Miller saw the importance of keeping a progressive agenda to keep seniors in healthy, independent conditions in their home of choice for as long as necessary. Nearly 30 years later, Avamere has grown to be a group of healthcare organizations working together to improve the lives of everyone they have the pleasure of serving.
