ARCO recently held a tilt-up party for the Nomax Expansion project in Green Park, Missouri. This event was an opportunity to let associates witness the concrete tilt-panels being erected, as it is a milestone for the project.
The 46,200 SF facility addition will have 19,107 SF structural steel framed office mezzanine, 3,906 SF structural steel framed equipment platform, 5,594 SF of modular block retaining walls, and 8,950 SF of classified production area. In addition, this build-to-suit facility will have a dedicated dust collection system to serve in the production area, complete Munters dehumidification system to serve in the production area, 29’-0 clear height in the warehouse, car parking and truck court paving to serve expansion, LED lighting and ESFR fire protection throughout the entire building.
