We are excited to announce the addition of two talented project managers to the ARCO team! Britney Oliver will be supporting our Northwest Arkansas office, while Klara Schildroth will bring her expertise to the St. Louis office in our Senior Living | Multi-Family division. Both Britney and Klara excelled in our Co-Op program, where they gained valuable hands-on experience and demonstrated a strong commitment to ARCO’s Core Values.

Britney Oliver
Role: Project Manager, Northwest Arkansas
Education: University of Missouri-Columbia, Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering
ARCO Project Experience: First Street Flats, VIA, The Lorrel, NEO Vantage Point
I’m excited to officially start my career with ARCO as a Project Manager. After previously completing a co-op and internship with ARCO in St. Louis, I’m thrilled to be part of our new office in Rogers, Arkansas. Through my previous experiences, I had the opportunity to see projects through all phases of construction, from preconstruction to closeout. Now, it’s especially rewarding to be working on the completion of First Street Flats, a project I first contributed to as a Co-Op in 2023. I look forward to being part of ARCO’s expansion in the Northwest Arkansas region.
Klara Schildroth
Role: Project Manager, Senior Living | Multi-Family
Education: Southeast Missouri State University, Bachelor of Science, Construction Management

I’ve had the incredible opportunity to intern with ARCO for the past two summers, and I’m thrilled to have been hired as a Project Manager in the Senior Living | Multifamily division right out of college. ARCO’s internship program provided me with a seamless transition into the real world of construction, and while I know there’s still so much to learn, I’m eager to continue growing in this field. In my first month, I’ve had the chance to be involved in multiple projects, with a primary focus on the preconstruction of a developing multi-family apartment complex in Texas. Excited to fully immerse myself in every stage of the construction process as a full-time Associate!
