Designed and built for Bentley of St. Louis, this project is a 30,000 SF luxury automobile dealership including, a class a office and vehicle maintenance and storage area.

This project consists of an approximately 30,000 SF luxury automobile dealership designed to combine premium customer spaces with full-service vehicle maintenance operations. The facility includes an approximately 10,000 SF Class A office, a 10,000 SF automotive maintenance and storage area, and an approximately 10,000 SF showroom, creating an integrated sales, service, and administrative environment.

The maintenance area is equipped with vehicle lifts, computerized service systems, floor drains, and stained concrete floors, supporting efficient vehicle servicing and long-term durability. Administrative offices provide Class A workspace for dealership operations, while the showroom is designed to showcase luxury vehicles in a high-end retail setting.

Interior finishes include marble and granite flooring throughout the showroom, complemented by decorative chandeliers that enhance the customer experience and reflect the premium nature of the dealership. The project was engineered to deliver a functional automotive facility with integrated service capabilities and upscale architectural finishes.
