Designed and built for Jim Lynch Hummer, this project is a 40,000-square-foot luxury automobile dealership.

This project consists of an approximately 40,000 SF luxury automobile dealership designed to integrate premium vehicle sales, service, and administrative operations within a single facility. The building includes an approximately 10,000 SF showroom with 36-foot clear ceilings and a curved sheet metal composite deck system, creating an open, high-end display environment for luxury vehicles. Supporting spaces include an approximately 3,000 SF Class A office, an approximately 10,000 SF parts storage area, an approximately 20,000 SF service area, and an approximately 35000 SF mezzanine for additional operational support.

The service department is designed to accommodate high-volume maintenance and repair operations, while the dedicated parts storage area supports efficient inventory management and technician access. The showroom features granite flooring, providing a durable, premium finish consistent with the dealership's luxury brand standards.

Site improvements include approximately 250 vehicle parking spaces for inventory, customers, and staff. Additional specialty features include two oversized, high-capacity enclosed car wash bays, supporting vehicle preparation and detailing operations. The project was engineered to deliver a high-performance automotive dealership with integrated sales, service, and customer amenities in a durable, upscale facility.
