Completed for Clearpath Development Partners, this project is an approximately 40,000-total-square-foot, 46-unit assisted living and memory care facility.

This project consists of an approximately 40,000 SF assisted living and memory care facility designed to provide multiple levels of senior care within a single-story residential environment. The community includes 46 apartments, comprised of 33 assisted living units and 13 dedicated memory care units, with spaces planned to support resident care, staff operations, and daily activities.

The facility includes a reinforced concrete, masonry, and steel storm shelter, providing a hardened area for resident and staff protection during severe weather. Resident support systems include a 24-hour concierge and reception area, full-time nursing staff, and a 24-hour onsite emergency response team, providing continuous coverage throughout the community.

Amenities include a chapel, wellness center, craft and hobby room, dining room, commercial kitchen, beauty salon, and laundry services, providing dedicated spaces for dining, recreation, wellness, and resident services. The project was engineered to deliver a durable senior living environment with integrated assisted living and memory care functions, life safety infrastructure, and comprehensive resident amenities.
