Completed for Clearpath Development Partners, this project is an approximately 40,000-total-square-foot, 52-unit assisted living and memory care facility.

This project consists of an approximately 40,000 SF assisted living community with dedicated memory care, designed to provide residential care and support services within an integrated senior living environment. The facility includes 52 residential units with a total of 56 beds, accommodating residents with varying levels of care needs.

Resident amenities include a private salon, activity and community areas, and outdoor courtyards that provide secure space for recreation, social engagement, and resident activities. A commercial kitchen supports daily meal preparation and dining operations for the community.

The project was engineered to deliver a durable, resident-focused senior living facility with integrated assisted living and memory care functions, efficient support spaces, and indoor and outdoor amenities that support daily operations and resident care.
