Completed for Temecula Healthcare Center, this project is an 80,000-total-square-foot, 92-unit skilled nursing and memory care facility.

This project consists of a senior care campus featuring an approximately 50,000 SF skilled nursing facility and an approximately 30,000 SF memory care facility, designed to provide multiple levels of residential healthcare within a single integrated development.

The skilled nursing facility includes 60 resident units with 116 beds and is designed under OSHPD requirements as a full I-2 occupancy utilizing Type V-A wood construction. Resident amenities include open courtyards, a full commercial kitchen, salon, laundry facilities, private dining rooms, activity spaces, family lounge areas, and a dedicated occupational therapy and rehabilitation center, supporting both short-term recovery and long-term skilled nursing care.

The memory care facility includes 32 resident units with 62 beds and is designed as an R-2.1 occupancy utilizing Type V-A wood construction. The building incorporates open courtyards, a full kitchen, salon, laundry facilities, and dedicated private dining and family lounge areas, creating a secure and supportive environment tailored to residents with memory care needs.

Site improvements include standard and accessible parking designed to support residents, staff, and visitors while providing efficient circulation throughout the campus. The project was engineered to deliver a comprehensive senior living environment with specialized healthcare spaces, durable construction, and resident-focused amenities that support multiple levels of care.
