ARCO is thrilled to be partnering with Innovative Health, and their THRIVE branded communities, on the construction of three new projects in the Chicagoland area. The facilities will be professionally managed by Transitional Care Management and will have a positive impact in Lake County, DuPage County, and the surrounding areas by creating more than 400 jobs.
Thrive, located in Lisle, Illinois is a 52,000 SF, 68-bed Transitional Care/Skilled Nursing Facility with mostly private accommodations and has a projected construction completion date of April 2020. Thrive, located in Mundelein, Illinois is the largest of the three facilities with 94,500 SF and 185-beds will include Transitional Care, Memory Care and Long-Term Skilled Nursing with a projected construction completion date of July 2020. Thrive, located in Aurora, Illinois is a 52,000 SF, 68-bed Transitional Care/Skilled Nursing Facility with mostly private accommodation, has a projected construction completion date of October 2020.
