Designed and built for Valley Park Self Storage, this project is a 60,000-total-square-foot, 3-story, climate-controlled self storage facility.

This project consists of an approximately 60,000 SF, three-story self-storage facility designed to provide secure, climate-controlled storage for a variety of residential and commercial users. The building is fully climate controlled, maintaining consistent interior conditions to protect temperature-sensitive belongings and improve customer comfort.

The facility is constructed using a load-bearing light-gauge framing structural system with an 11-foot floor-to-floor height, providing efficient vertical circulation and storage layouts. The exterior features a combination of metal panels, glass, and stone, creating a durable, contemporary façade that complements the surrounding development.

Site improvements include a concrete parking lot designed to support customer access, loading, and circulation. The project was engineered to deliver a durable, low-maintenance self-storage facility with efficient building systems, secure access, and long-term operational performance.
