As we prep the confetti canons and look forward to entering the New Year, ARCO is taking a look back at some of our favorite moments from the year that got us here.

We were fortunate to continue to celebrate projects and stay true to our core values: Treat People Fairly and Do the Right Thing.
ARCO broke ground on a new $130 million, 32-acre development in Chesterfield, Missouri for Gateway Studios & Production Services. Design by, ARCO’s in-house architectural firm, GMA Architects, the project will be the largest production services and rehearsal facility of its kind in the United States. Gateway Studios will offer turnkey multi-studio manufacturing and production services for the live music, entertainment, and corporate event industries. The 52,000 SF Studio 80 features an 80-foot grid height and will serve as a practice facility for stadium sized tours. The campus will also feature three additional state-of-the-art studio facilities: Studio 75, Studio 65 and Studio 50.
ARCO joined Green Street Real Estate Ventures, and Rosemann and Associates for the official ribbon cutting ceremony at The Oscar Apartments in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The 240-unit complex welcomed its first residents on Monday, November first, with the final of the three buildings anticipated to be completed by early Spring of 2022.
ARCO began construction on PV|303, a new multi-building site for repeat clients MDH Partners and CBRE! On October 7, 2021, our team broke ground on this 601,100 total SF speculative industrial project located in Goodyear, Arizona. The project will feature two buildings, Building A will be 362,270 SF and feature 36’ clear height, 333 car parking spaces and 81 trailer parking spaces. Building B will total 238,854 SF with 32’ clear height, 268 car parking spaces and 43 trailer parking spaces.
Inotiv, Inc in St. Louis, Missouri held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of its newly-constructed scientific laboratories with operations focused on supporting clients in the areas of biology, pharmacology, toxicology and histopathology. ARCO Construction constructed an expanded histology laboratory and archiving space to accommodate growth in Inotiv’s pathology business. Our team is currently working on the next phase of this project that will provide increased office and research space.
