ARCO Construction is proud to announce our partnership with Fare Foods, a full-service amusement food and concession supplies provider, on the construction of a new ±50,060 SF office and cold storage facility in Du Quoin, Illinois.
This new development will include:
- ±2,480 SF 42 Cooler
- ±5,860 SF 10 Freezer
- ±3,660 SF 42 Cold Dock
- ±6,000 SF Vehicle Maintenance Facility
Fare Foods’ new facility will be constructed using concrete tilt-up panels with Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) installed inside. IMPs deliver high performance while providing faster installation and a more cost-effective option for cold storage facilities.
This new facility represents a significant step forward for Fare Foods, expanding their operational capacity while reinforcing their long-standing presence in the Du Quoin community.
