Breeze Airways

Designed and built for Breeze Airways, this project is a 40,000 SF tenant improvement for a pilot and flight attendant training facility.

This project consists of an approximately 40,000 SF tenant improvement designed for airline pilot and flight attendant training within an existing facility. The buildout includes an approximately 0 SF mezzanine addition featuring ten briefing rooms and a dedicated pilot lounge, providing instructional and support space for flight crews.

The pilot training area was designed to accommodate six full-flight simulators, requiring structural modifications for six new simulator pads and construction of an exterior pump room to support the hydraulic simulator systems. Supporting spaces include computer rooms, classrooms, offices, and additional briefing rooms, integrated to support both classroom and simulator-based instruction.

A dedicated flight attendant training area includes space for one full-cabin trainer, two emergency slide trainers, and multiple seat and exit door training devices, allowing comprehensive hands-on emergency response and service training. The project was engineered to support the specialized structural, mechanical, and operational requirements of commercial aviation training while providing a flexible environment for both pilot and cabin crew instruction.
