Byerly RV Center

Designed and built for Byerly, this project is a 110,000-total-square-foot RV storage and maintenance facility.

This project consists of an approximately 110,000 SF RV storage and maintenance facility developed on a 20-acre site to support secure vehicle storage and maintenance operations. The campus includes an approximately 90,000 SF heated and conditioned RV storage building and an approximately 20,000 SF RV maintenance building, providing dedicated space for storage, servicing, and customer support.

The buildings are constructed using load-bearing tilt-up concrete panels with conventional steel interior framing, delivering durability and long-term structural performance. The maintenance facility features an aluminum storefront glazing system at the office area, providing natural light and a modern customer-facing entrance.

The roof assembly consists of a 60-mil TPO roofing membrane, and the buildings are protected by a wet sprinkler system designed to meet Ordinary Hazard Group II criteria. LED lighting is installed throughout the facility to improve visibility and energy efficiency. The project was engineered to provide a secure, climate-controlled environment for RV storage while integrating dedicated maintenance capabilities and durable industrial building systems.
