Designed and built for Silver Creek Development, this project is a 330,000-total-square-foot, 8-building industrial park.

This project consists of a 330,000 SF industrial park developed on a 24.62-acre site and comprised of eight speculative industrial buildings ranging from approximately 20,000 SF to 60,000 SF. The development was designed to accommodate a variety of warehouse, distribution, and light industrial users through flexible building sizes and scalable utility infrastructure.

Each building is constructed using tilt-up concrete construction with shallow concrete foundations and a prefabricated structural steel joist and metal deck roof system, providing durability and efficient construction. The facilities are configured to support modern industrial operations with a combined twenty dock positions and twenty-six on-grade overhead doors, allowing flexibility for shipping, receiving, and tenant-specific operations.

Electrical infrastructure ranges from 1,600 to 2,500 amps per building, providing capacity for a wide range of industrial users and future tenant improvements. The project was engineered to deliver a flexible, multi-building industrial campus with efficient site utilization, durable construction systems, and long-term adaptability for growing businesses.
