Completed for Mills Properties, this project is a 230,000-square-foot, 240-unit multifamily residential development.

This project consists of an approximately 230,000 SF multifamily development constructed on an 11.7-acre site. The community includes ten three-story residential buildings with 240 total units, including 78 one-bedroom units, 126 two-bedroom units, and 36 three-bedroom units. Parking includes 371 uncovered stalls and 45 garage spaces to support residents and visitors.

A 10,000 SF clubhouse serves as the primary amenity building and includes a fitness center, Well Beats studio, pet spa, and community lounge. Outdoor amenities include two pickleball courts, a cabana, pool house, swimming pool with tanning shelf, outdoor grills, dog park, and outdoor fireplace, providing multiple recreation and gathering areas throughout the development.

The residential buildings are protected by an NFPA 13R-compliant fire sprinkler system. The project was engineered to deliver a durable, high-capacity apartment community with efficient site planning, varied unit layouts, and a comprehensive resident amenity package.
