Completed for Lawrence Group, this project is a 400,000-square-foot, 279-unit apartment complex.

This project consists of an approximately 400,000 SF, 14-story apartment complex featuring 279 residential units and a six-level, controlled-access parking garage with 470 parking spaces. The building is constructed using a post-tension cast-in-place concrete structural system with deep foundations, providing the strength and durability required for high-rise residential construction.

The development offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 360 SF to 1,550 SF. Residential units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed concrete ceilings, two-tone cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, creating a contemporary urban living environment. Mechanical systems utilize a split-system HVAC design, while building infrastructure includes emergency generators and integrated pool and water systems to support continuous operation.

Resident amenities include an elevated tree garden, pool deck, bicycle storage room, co-working space, and private meeting rooms. A signature 14th-floor resident clubroom features a chef's kitchen, open seating area with fireplace, serving counter, and dining space, providing panoramic gathering and entertainment space for residents.

The project also included delivery of the building's electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, requiring extensive coordination across all building systems. The result is a high-rise residential community engineered to provide modern urban living with durable construction, integrated building infrastructure, and a comprehensive amenity package.
