Completed for Lincoln Avenue Capital, this project is a 80,000-square-foot, 60-unit multifamily development.

This project consists of an approximately 80,000 SF multifamily residential development constructed on a 4.51-acre site. The community includes three three-story residential buildings with 60 apartment units, evenly divided between two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans. Site improvements include 124 parking spaces to support residents and visitors.

The buildings utilize Type V wood-frame construction and are protected by an NFPA-compliant fire sprinkler system, providing durable construction and life safety throughout the development. A single-story clubhouse serves as the community's central amenity building and includes a fitness center, business lounge, internet café, and meeting space for resident use.

Additional community amenities include a tot lot, providing dedicated outdoor recreation space for families. The project was engineered to deliver a high-quality multifamily community with efficient site planning, durable residential construction, and amenities designed to support everyday living and community engagement.
