ARCO Construction recently broke ground on the new headquarters for Flooring Systems, Inc. located in St. Louis, Missouri. The ±50,000 SF Office/Warehouse Build-To-Suit Facility will consist of load bearing concrete tilt-up walls, conventional bar joists, metal decking with structural steel frame, and TPO roofing, projected to be complete June 2021.
The ties between ARCO and Flooring Systems, Inc. run deep and we are grateful to work with FSI as a repeat client on another unique project! Flooring Systems, Inc. has been providing the St. Louis community, along with several additional locations around the US, state of the art flooring installation for the past 25 years and continues to see success.
