Horizon at Skyway Commons

Designed and Built for Capital Bay Partners, the Horizon at Skyway Commons is a 135,000-square-foot speculative warehouse tenant improvement project.

This project consists of an approximately 135,000 SF speculative warehouse tenant improvement designed to enhance warehouse functionality and increase tenant readiness. The scope also includes an approximately 2,000 SF speculative office buildout, providing flexible administrative space that can be adapted to future tenant requirements.

Warehouse improvements include installation of new lighting designed to provide 25 foot-candles, improving visibility and supporting distribution and material handling operations. The project also added four new mechanical overhead doors and three new dock levelers, increasing loading flexibility and improving shipping and receiving efficiency.

The tenant improvement was engineered to provide a functional, modern industrial space with upgraded warehouse systems and infrastructure while maintaining flexibility for future tenant occupancy.
