Completed for Mills Properties, this project is a 250,000-square-foot, 276-unit apartment complex.

This project consists of an approximately 250,000 SF multifamily residential development constructed on an 11.54-acre site. The community includes seven three-story residential buildings with 176 apartment units, offering a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans designed to accommodate a variety of resident needs.

A 10,000 SF clubhouse serves as the central amenity building and includes a fitness center, yoga room, resident lounge, clubroom, kitchenette, dog wash, and mail room, providing dedicated spaces for wellness, social interaction, and everyday convenience.

Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, dog park, and pickleball court, creating additional recreation opportunities throughout the community. The project was engineered to deliver a modern multifamily development with durable construction, efficient site planning, and a comprehensive amenity package that enhances the resident experience.
