Kiddie Academy

Designed and built for Kiddie Academy, this project is a 12,000-square-foot child care facility in Chesterfield, Missouri.

This project consists of an approximately 12,000 SF child care facility designed to provide a safe, functional learning environment for early childhood education. The building includes an approximately 10,000 SF outdoor play area, providing dedicated recreation space that supports age-appropriate activities and outdoor learning.

The facility is constructed using a wood structural system with a brick and EIFS façade accented by white storefront windows and doors, creating a durable and welcoming exterior. The roof assembly consists of an asphalt shingle roof system, selected for long-term performance and ease of maintenance.

Site improvements include porous asphalt parking stalls, providing stormwater management benefits while supporting vehicle access for staff and families. The project was engineered to deliver a durable, efficient educational facility with integrated outdoor play areas and sustainable site features.
