Kiddie Academy

Designed and built for Kiddie Academy, this project is a 10,000-square-foot, single story early childcare learning facility.

This project consists of an approximately 10,000 SF single-story early childhood education facility designed to serve infants through school-aged children. The State of Missouri-licensed facility is designed for an occupancy of 156 children and includes eleven classrooms configured to support age-specific learning and developmental programs.

The facility features a full commercial kitchen for in-house meal preparation, with food served family-style within the classrooms to support the school's educational approach. Safety and security are enhanced through an integrated security and camera streaming access system, providing controlled building access and remote monitoring capabilities.

Exterior improvements include dedicated playground facilities designed to provide safe, age-appropriate outdoor recreation and learning opportunities. Fire protection is provided by a dry sprinkler system installed throughout the building to meet applicable code requirements. The project was engineered to deliver a safe, durable, and efficient learning environment that supports modern early childhood education and long-term operational performance.
