Kiddie Academy

Designed and built for Kiddie Academy, this project is a 12,000-square-foot, multi-story early childcare learning facility in St. Louis, Missouri.

This project consists of an approximately 12,000 SF multi-story early childhood education facility renovated to provide a modern learning environment for infants through school-aged children. The scope included a complete exterior renovation and modernization of the building, creating an updated appearance while improving long-term building performance.

The building includes twelve classrooms designed to support age-specific learning and development. A full commercial kitchen provides in-house meal preparation, with food served family-style within the classrooms to support the school's educational approach.

Safety and security features include an integrated security and camera streaming system, allowing controlled building access and enhanced monitoring. Exterior improvements include an approximately 5,000 SF secure playground designed to provide dedicated outdoor play areas for multiple age groups. The project was engineered to deliver a safe, functional, and durable childcare facility that supports modern early education programming and long-term operational performance.
