River Roads Trucking

Designed and built for River Roads Trucking, this project is an approximately 30,000-square-foot, build-to-suit office and truck maintenance facility.

This project consists of an approximately 30,000 SF office and maintenance facility designed to support fleet maintenance, vehicle storage, and administrative operations. The building includes an approximately 20,000 SF climate-controlled truck bay, providing a controlled environment for vehicle servicing, inspections, and maintenance activities.

The facility is constructed using a painted tilt-up concrete wall system and is designed with a 21-foot clear height to accommodate commercial vehicles and maintenance equipment. The truck bay includes twenty 16-foot by 16-foot overhead doors, allowing efficient vehicle access and circulation throughout the service area.

Building systems include LED lighting throughout to improve visibility and energy efficiency, along with an ESFR fire protection system designed to meet the facility's operational requirements. Site improvements include approximately 600 SF of modular block retaining walls to support grading and site development. The project was engineered to deliver a durable maintenance facility with climate-controlled service space, efficient vehicle access, and long-term operational performance.
