Designed and built for SeventhWave Labs, this project is a 9,000-square-foot laboratory build-out.

This project consists of an approximately 9,000 SF laboratory build-out designed to support specialized histology and bioanalytics operations. The scope includes approximately 5,000 SF of histology laboratory space and 4,000 SF of bioanalytics laboratory space, creating dedicated environments for testing, analysis, and research functions.

The laboratory infrastructure required extensive coordination of process piping and distribution systems to serve specialized equipment and laboratory operations. Mechanical systems were designed and coordinated to address laboratory exhaust, ventilation, and conditioning requirements, maintaining appropriate environmental conditions within each space.

The project also included coordination of laboratory equipment installation and final utility connections, integrating specialized equipment with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process systems. The buildout was engineered to deliver a controlled laboratory environment with robust utility distribution and building systems tailored to histology and bioanalytics operations.
